Hey! I am Alex Souter.

I live in the south east of England in a town called Strood, this is near Rochester. I have lived in Strood for most of my life, I passed my 11+ and went to a grammar school in Rochester. It was there I was introduced to music properly and I developed a love for it, as time went on I knew music was in my blood and after a while my best friend Ollie Green pestered me into playing guitar. I found my mum's old acoustic guitar and played on it for hours on end.

I loved playing on it and it made me happy, I was getting lessons off of Tina who lived down my road. After 6 months I grew tired of the basic acoustic as I just learnt too quickly. I started getting guitar lessons with Matt Crozer who helps me play allot better. After a while I asked him if we could record some of the songs I had written, he agree'd and it all started from there.

We recorded a demo for "Carry On" and then progressed to my first full song "Touching the memory or a ghost". As I got better we continued with recording the songs "On your day", "I hope your world keeps revolving", a full version of "Carry On", "Treasure that is your heart" and Wishing you good health". I then released my debut E.P which contained 7 songs totalling to over 25 minutes of material.

I am now working on my full length L.P "Long Distant Hope". Hope to see some of you around.
